Last week Beacon Fisheries had a Liquid Nitrogen tank arrive at our new plant in Jacksonville Florida. Having a Nitrogen tank at our Plant will allow us to freeze more shrimp from our St. Augustine Florida fish house which is only 30 minutes away from our main plant. We bring in thousands of pounds of shrimp every year from this fish house and now we will have the ability to sell a premium quality frozen shrimp to our customers.
